У Сторожинці в помешканні місцевого жителя правоохоронці виявили та вилучили наркотичні речовини. Порушнику загрожує покарання у вигляді обмеження волі до п’яти років. Про це повідомляє відділ комунікації поліції Чернівецької області.
У помешканні правопорушника 37-річного жителя Сторожинця поліцейські виявили та вилучили висушені стебла рослин маку та конопель, канабіс, пристрій для вживання наркотичних засобів, дві пластикові пляшки з рідиною, схожою на наркотичну та вісім флаконів «Тропікаміду».
Вилучені речові докази правоохоронці направили на експертизу до Чернівецького науково-дослідного експертно-криміналістичного центру.
Сектор дізнання Сторожинецького відділу поліції вніс відомості до Єдиного реєстру досудових розслідувань за ознаками частини 1 статті 309 (Незаконне виробництво, виготовлення, придбання, зберігання, перевезення чи пересилання наркотичних засобів, психотропних речовин або їх аналогів без мети збуту) та частини 1 статті 310 (Посів або вирощування снотворного маку чи конопель) Кримінального кодексу України. Проводиться досудове розслідування у формі дізнання.
