У Чернівецькій області суд виправдав водія, який у період карантину перевозив своїм автомобілем 8 пасажирів.
Як зазначається у судовій постанові Кіцманського районного суду, 28 серпня чоловік, рухаючись через село Дубівці Кіцманського району, здійснював перевезення 9 людей разом з водієм, чим порушив постанову Кабміну №641 (зі змінами №712).
У судове засідання обвинувачений не з’явився, проте надіслав до суду заяву, в якій повідомив, що 28 серпня він з друзями їхав на відпочинок із Герцаївського району до Івано-Франківська. Чоловік зазначив, що не знав про обмеження, оскільки Герцаївський район на той момент не перебував у “червоній” карантинній зоні.
Обвинувачений просив розглянути цю справу за його відсутності, оскільки він перебував за кордоном. Водночас він зауважив, що свою вину у вчиненому не визнає.
Кіцманський районний суд вирішив закрити провадження у справі про адміністративне правопорушення у зв’язку з відсутністю події та складу адміністративного правопорушення у його діях.
Раніше повідомлялося, що співробітники патрульної поліції накладатимуть штрафи на водіїв транспортних засобів, які в період внесення Чернівців до “червоної” карантинної зони перевозитимуть більше п’яти пасажирів.
