У Чернівецькій області хочуть підвищити зарплати усім медикам, незалежно від їхньої роботи із хворими на COVID-19 – лікарі отримуватимуть на 70% більше грошей.
Про це під час брифінгу розповіла профільний заступник голови Чернівецької ОДА Наталія Гусак.
“Як відомо, НСЗУ пропонує укладати контракт із лікарнями, які мають нестабільне фінансове становище – це психлікарня, обласний діагностичний центр, туберкульозний диспансер. Наразі вже на 10 мільйонів гривень укладено договорів з НСЗУ. Зараз основне наше завдання – це допомогти нашій управлінській медичній спільноті укласти окремі договори з НСЗУ, які дадуть можливість з першого вересня суттєво підвищити зарплати усім медпрацівникам на Буковині. Лікарям планують підвищити заробітні плати до 70%, медсестрам до 50 % і санітаркам – 25%”, – сказала Гусак.
Вона зазначила, що медзаклади мають час до жовтня, щоб укласти необхідні договори. Але в обласній адміністрації сподіваються завершити цей процес швидше.
“Усе це разом дасть можливість не мати жодних проблем із виплатою заробітних плат у тих закладах, які вони мали раніше. І значно підвищити заробітну плату усім медичним працівникам, які надають стаціонарну та екстрену медичну допомогу, не залежно від того, чи працюють вони з COVID-19 чи ні”, – додала заступник голови ОДА.
