Проти екс-президента та народного депутата Петра Порошенка порушили 15 нових кримінальних справ.
Про це під час брифінгу повідомили адвокати п’ятого президента Юрій Головань та Ілля Новіков.
Вони розповіли, що заступник глави Адміністрації президента часів Януковича Андрій Портнов повідомив «чи то про 15-ту, чи то 16-ту» справу проти Порошенка, порушену за його заявами.
«Мало йому було тих заяв, якими він завалив ДБР. Тепер чергове провадження має відношення до «Кузні на Рибальському», — сказав захисник.
У своєму Телеграм-каналі Портнов заявив, що Порошенко нібито через «Кузню» заволодів державними коштами — взяв кредит на понад 100 млн гривень, але не віддав, після чого кредит погасили коштом державного бюджету.
Серед інших справ є й порушені за статтями про державну зраду, повалення конституційного ладу, порушення територіальної цілісності, фінансування тероризму.
Адвокати вчергове заявили, що всі ці справи сфабриковані. А Новіков додав, що попередні провадження «зайшли в глухий кут».
