У Тарасівцях в помешканні місцевого жителя правоохоронці виявили канабіс. Про незаконні дії правопорушника повідомила його мати. Поліцейські вилучили пакунок з речовиною рослинного походження, обіг якої заборонений та направили на експертизу. За вказаним фактом слідчі розпочали кримінальне провадження.
Про це повідомляє відділ комунікації поліції Чернівецької області.
До Новоселицького відділення поліції звернулася 51-річна місцева жителька та повідомила, що її син за місцем проживання зберігає наркотики.
За вказаною адресою виїхала слідчо-оперативна група Новоселицького відділення поліції. За згодою заявниці правоохоронці провели огляд будинку. Співробітники поліції виявили та вилучили у 26-річного чоловіка півкілограма висушеного листя канабісу.
Вилучені речові докази поліцейські направили до Чернівецького науково-дослідного експертно-криміналістичного центру на експертизу.
Слідчі поліції внесли відомості до Єдиного реєстру досудових розслідувань за ознаками частини 1 статті 309 (Незаконне виробництво, виготовлення, придбання, зберігання, перевезення чи пересилання наркотичних засобів, психотропних речовин або їх аналогів без мети збуту) Кримінального кодексу України. Порушнику загрожує покарання у вигляді позбавлення волі строком до трьох років.
