Вчора, 9 вересня Міністр розвитку громад та територій України Олексій Чернишов провів селекторну нараду з головами обласних державних адміністрацій щодо виконання програми «Велике будівництво».
Під час наради розглянули питання динаміки будівельної готовності об’єктів, якості виконання робіт та освоєння коштів, передбачених на реалізацію об’єктів програми.
«Продовження будівельних робіт на об’єктах програми є ключовим завданням для всіх областей. Темпи та обсяги фінансування ми контролюємо, держава дотримується фінансових зобов’язань. На сьогодні з державного бюджету профінансовано 67% від передбачених коштів на рік, що складає понад 3 млрд грн. Наразі всі кошти надійшли в регіони, тож області мають всі ресурси для вчасного завершення робіт», – зазначив Олексій Чернишов.
Міністр відмітив, що областями лідерами за динамікою освоєння коштів є Полтавська, Житомирська та Чернівецька області.
Також під час селекторної наради обговорили питання реконструкцій приймальних відділень, які включені в програму «Велике будівництво».
Міністр повідомив, що надано майже всі експертні звіти, отримано 54 повідомлення про початок будівельних робіт. Фінансування проектів реконструкції приймальних відділень, які реалізуються в рамках «Великого будівництва», у цьому році забезпечено на 100%.
Загалом, згідно з моніторингом реалізації об’єктів програми «Велике будівництво», середній відсоток будівельної готовності об’єктів, які включені у програму, складає 76%. Це на 6% більше ніж минулого тижня, що свідчить про позитивну динаміку готовності. Лідерами є Чернівецька, Полтавська та Сумська області, де динаміка в середньому складає понад 9%.
Міністр розвитку громад та територій Олексій Чернишов кожного тижня проводить наради з облдержадміністраціями з метою моніторингу стану, якості та дотримання термінів виконання робіт на об’єктах програми «Велике будівництво».
