3 вересня цього року поліція задокументувала незаконне вирощування конопель жителем села Розкопинці. Поліцейські вилучили у порушника наркотичні засоби та інші речові докази його протиправної діяльності. За такі дії йому загрожує до семи років позбавлення волі.
Про це повідомляє відділ комунікації поліції Чернівецької області.
Під час досудового розслідування правоохоронці Сокирянського відділення поліції з’ясували, що 47-річний житель села Розкопинці вирощував на своїй присадибній ділянці рослини конопель. Під час санкціонованого обшуку на території господарства поліцейські вилучили нарковмісні рослини, а також інші речові докази, які вказують на його протиправні дії:
- 300 грамів подрібненої речовини рослинного походження, схожої на канабіс;
- порошкоподібну речовину жовтого кольору;
- два пристрої для вживання наркотичних засобів;
- електронні ваги.
Слідчі Сокирянського відділення поліції повідомили про підозру буковинцю у вчиненні кримінального правопорушення, передбаченого частиною 1 статті 310 (Посів або вирощування снотворного маку чи конопель) Кримінального кодексу України.
