5 вересня розпочинається виборчий процес на місцевих виборах, які відбудуться 25 жовтня.
Початок, який Центральна виборча комісія оголосила за 50 днів до голосування, є символічним через особливості регулювання кампанії, інформує BBC. Україна.
За попередній місяць створили вертикаль територіальних виборчих комісій від областей до сіл, а більшість партій провели передвиборчі з’їзди, як того вимагає закон.
Проте саме з 5 вересня виборча кампанія переходить у найгарячішу і помітну для всіх фазу. Невдовзі почнеться реєстрація кандидатів та офіційна агітація.
Найголовніші події кампанії
6 вересня – останній день, коли партії можуть подати до ЦВК копії рішень про участь місцевих осередків у виборах. Тому до суботи усі охочі партії мають провести свої з’їзди й ухвалити рішення про похід на вибори.
10 вересня – останній день зміни громадянами виборчої адреси. Українці вперше отримали можливість змінити місце голосування на виборах місцевих депутатів та мерів. Ми детально пояснювали, як це можна зробити.
14 вересня – останній день для українських організацій для реєстрації офіційними спостерігачами.
15-24 вересня – десять днів мають партії для того, щоб висунути і подати до окружних комісій документи для реєстрації власних кандидатів. На цих виборах у містах, де більше 10 тисяч виборців, можна балотуватись у депутати тільки від партій. Люди голосуватимуть і за партійні списки, і за конкретного кандидата від партії в ньому.
У громадах з меншою кількістю виборців вибори проходитимуть за звичною мажоритарною системою.
Проводити офіційну агітацію кандидати мають право тільки після реєстрації.
30 вересня – дедлайн для подання кандидатами своїх представників до складу дільничних комісій. Саме вони будуть проводити голосування і рахувати бюлетені.
Їх мають сформувати до 9 жовтня.
5 жовтня – останній термін для кандидатів відмовитись від балотування.
14 жовтня – до цього дня включно іноземні організації можуть подавати документи для реєстрації міжнародними спостерігачами.
22 жовтня – останній день оприлюднення соціологічних опитувань та рейтингів.
23 жовтня – останній день передвиборчої агітації, а 24 жовтня є днем тиші.
25 жовтня – день виборів – з 8 години ранку до 20 години вечора.
6 листопада – останній термін встановлення результатів.
15 листопада – приблизна дата проведення другого туру виборів мерів у містах з понад 75 тисячами виборців. Якщо жоден кандидат 25 жовтня не набере понад 50% голосів, то до другого туру виходять два лідери.
Закон вимагає провести другий тур протягом трьох тижнів від встановлення результату першого.
У 2015 році, коли місцеві вибори також відбувались 25 жовтня, другий тур відбувся саме 15 листопада.
