Чернівчани, які мають активну громадянську позицію, хочуть брати участь в розвитку міста та мають цікаві ідеї, до 30 вересня можуть подати свої проєкти для участі в конкурсі «Бюджет ініціатив чернівчан».
Ідеї, які наберуть найбільше голосів, будуть реалізовані за кошти міського бюджету в 2021 році. Про це повідомили на сайті Чернівецької міської ради.
“Тематика проєктів повинна бути спрямована на поліпшення комфорту проживання мешканців та естетичного вигляду міста, сприяти соціально-економічному, культурному і просторовому розвитку, впровадженню сучасних інноваційних проєктів у всіх сферах життєдіяльності міста. Вимоги до проєктів зазначені в Положенні.“, – йдеться на сайті.
Цього року «Бюджет ініціатив чернівчан» зазнав змін. Відтепер автором проєкту може бути:
- фізична особа, якій виповнилось 16 років;
- об’єднання співвласників багатоквартирних будинків (ОСББ);
- орган самоорганізації населення (ОСН);
- житлово-будівельний кооператив (ЖБК);
- житлово-будівельне товариство (ЖБТ);
- інші громадські організації.
Також проєкти не можуть подавати члени експертної групи, члени виконавчого комітету, посадовці та депутати Чернівецької міської ради. Кожен автор може подати один проєкт.
У 2021 році на реалізацію проєктів в міському бюджеті буде передбачено 9 мільйонів гривень. Усі проєкти мають відповідати цілям Інтегрованої концепції розвитку Чернівців до 2030.
У 2020 році Експертна група впродовж 5 календарних днів після висновку профільних виконавчих органів Чернівецької міської ради визначить можливість або неможливість реалізації проєкту.
Проєкти можна подати з 1 вересня по 30 вересня через всеукраїнську платформу “Громадський бюджет” .
Зазначається, консультацію можна отримати у відділі інформації та зв’язків з громадськістю Чернівецької міської ради, площа Центральна,1, кабінет 106, або за телефоном 52-25-79.
