У період з 2018 по 2019 роки майстер лісу через неналежне виконання своїх службових обов’язків допустив незаконну порубку деревини на території, що була закріплена за ним згідно повноважень. У цей період невідомими особами було зрубано більше 200 дерев різних порід, що спричинило державі збитків на суму 2 мільйони 31 тисячу гривень.
Про це повідомляє пресслужба прокуратури у Чернівецькій області.
Санкція статті передбачає покарання у вигляді позбавлення волі на строк від 2 до 5 років з позбавленням права обіймати певні посади чи займатися певною діяльністю на строк до 3 років та зі штрафом від 250 до 750 неоподатковуваних мінімумів доходів громадян або без такого.
Досудове розслідування у кримінальному провадженні здійснювали слідчі територіального управління Державного бюро розслідувань, розташованого у місті Хмельницькому. Оперативний супровід – Управління стратегічних розслідувань в Чернівецькій області Департаменту стратегічних розслідувань Нацполіції.
