Так, вдень 3 вересня вдень місцями грози, град, шквали 15-20 м/с. У Чернівецькій області місцями значні дощі. Вночі та вранці місцями туман видимістю 200-500 м.
Також зазначається, що через негоду на заході України оголошено І рівень небезпеки, “жовтий”.
