У Чернівецькій області викрили 34-річного жителя села Зелений Гай, який незаконно вирощував коноплі. З присадибної ділянки чоловіка поліцейські вилучили 155 кущів конопель.
Про це повідомляє відділ комунікації поліції Чернівецької області.
Окрім цього, на території господарства правоохоронці виявили та вилучили:
- висушені рослини конопель;
- 4 поліетиленових пакети з подрібненою речовиною рослинного походження, схожою на канабіс;
- електронні ваги;
- приблизно 2 кілограми подрібненого листя конопель.
Слідчі поліції внесли відомості до Єдиного реєстру досудових розслідувань за ознаками частини 1 статті 307 (Незаконне виробництво, виготовлення, придбання, зберігання, перевезення, пересилання чи збут наркотичних засобів, психотропних речовин або їх аналогів), а також частини 1 статті 310 (Посів або вирощування снотворного маку чи конопель) Кримінального кодексу України.
