Серед буковинських жінок, які вирішили проходити військову службу за контрактом, побільшало тих, що обирають бойові спеціальності. Так нещодавно трьох буковинок призначено на посади екіпажів бойових машин, одна кілька місяців успішно виконує обов’язки водія-механіка танка. Найбільш поширеними бойовими посадами, які займають жінки є медичні, значно менше – стрілецькі.
Про це повідомляє пресслужба Чернівецького обласного військового комісаріату.
Головним критерієм, при відборі кандидатів, незалежно від статі, є придатність до військової служби та зокрема – до визначеної посади. Цього року, як і минулого, серед охочих служити – більше 7% становлять жінки.
Освоїти нових військових фах можна всього за кілька місяців у навчальному центрі. Для цього насамперед треба звернутись до комісаріату і отримати вичерпну консультацію. Для тих, в кого перерва у службі становить не більше п’яти років та є відповідна військова спеціальність, можливе направлення напряму в частину.
Наразі проводиться набір чоловіків і жінок в гірсько-штурмові та десантно-штурмову бригади, окремі підрозділи яких розміщені в Чернівецькій області. Частини пропонують бойові та не бойові посади з грошовим забезпеченням, що на 23% є вищим ніж в інших. Командир танка в них отримує 13500 гривень, а в районі ООС на другій і першій лінії відповідно – 20000 та 30000 гривень.
Житло, речове та продовольче забезпечення, медичні послуги, пільгове санітарно-курортне лікування військовим надається за державний кошт.
При укладанні першого контракту виплачується допомога від 16800 до 21000 гривень залежно від звання, щорічно – кошти на оздоровлення в розмірі місячного заробітку.
Під час служби військовослужбовець безкоштовно може здобути вищу освіту, отримати водійське посвідчення, підвищувати фахову кваліфікацію, вивчати іноземну мову, а також брати участь в миротворчих місіях.
