20 листопада 1989 року Генеральною Асамблеєю ООН була прийнята Конвенція ООН про права дитини. Цей день щорічно, по всьому світу, відзначається як День спільних дій в інтересах дітей.
Як повідомляє прес-служба Чернівецької міської ради, служба у справах дітей облдержадміністрації запланувала проведення широкої інформаційної кампанії щодо дотримання та захист прав дітей, їх захист з боку держави. Задля цього розроблено та виготовлено інформаційні буклети на різну соціальну тематику.
До проведення вищевказаних заходів залучили студентів факультету педагогіки, психології та соціальної роботи Чернівецького національного університету ім. Ю. Федьковича. За участю студентів провели флешмоб «Чужих дітей не буває», а також розповсюджували інформаційні буклети: «Булінг», «Знай свої права», «Протидія насильству» в місті Чернівці
