Статистика щодо кількості хворих на коронавірус, яку подає обласний лабораторний центр, є об’єктивною та коректною. У цьому запевнила головна санітарна лікарка Буковини Наталія Гопко. Зокрема, вона пояснила, чому кількість досліджень, які проводять щодня, є однаковою.
“Зараз ми працюємо з автоматичною системою екстракції, яка дозволяє одночасно досліджувати 188 зразків. Тому кількість аналізів, про які ми інформуємо щодня, кратна 188,” – розповіла Наталія Гопко.
Вона також повідомила, що усі зразки, які надходять у лабораторію, передусім реєструються. Коли, до прикладу, доставляють 900 аналізів, то лише для того, аби присвоїти їм номери, необхідно витратити близько 16 годин.
“Коли ми повідомляємо про понад 200 нових випадків, то це неприємна подія у сім’ях цих людей. Це величезна кількість контактних осіб, бо кожен, хто захворів, тісно спілкувався щонайменше із трьома рідними чи друзями,” – сказала головна санітарна лікарка.
Наталія Гопко також попередила, якщо буковинці не переглянуть своє ставлення до поширення в області COVID-19, то ситуація тільки погіршуватиметься. Дедалі важче буде контролювати спроможність системи охорони здоров’я надавати медичну допомогу всім, хто цього потребує.
