Поліцейські з’ясували, що 37-річний місцевий житель не впорався з керуванням мотоциклом «Viper» та наїхав на малолітнього односельчанина. Порушник не зупинився, щоб надати дитині допомогу та не викликав відповідні служби.
Завдяки проведеним експертизам правоохоронці довели причетність чоловіка до кримінального правопорушення.
Слідчі Сторожинецького відділу поліції повідомили буковинцю про підозру у вчиненні кримінальних правопорушень, передбачених частиною 2 статті 286 (Порушення правил безпеки дорожнього руху або експлуатації транспорту особами, які керують транспортними засобами) та частиною 1 статті 135 (Залишення в небезпеці) Кримінального кодексу України.
За процесуальним керівництвом Сторожинецької місцевої прокуратури слідчі скерували обвинувальні акти до районного суду.
