22-річний житель села Лужани викрав у свого дідуся банківську картку та зняв з неї кошти.
До Кіцманського відділу поліції звернувся 74 – річний буковинець та повідомив, що з його карткового рахунку невідома особа викрала гроші.
Про це повідомляє відділ комунікації поліції Чернівецької області.
У результаті проведених розшукових заходів правоохоронці з’ясували, що 22-річний онук підслухав у свого дідуся пін-код, викрав його банківську пенсійну картку та зняв з неї понад 5500 гривень.
Слідчі поліції внесли відомості до Єдиного реєстру досудових розслідувань за частиною 1 статті 185 (Крадіжка) Кримінального Кодексу України. Згідно із санкцією статті, правопорушнику загрожує позбавлення волі до трьох років.
