Справу про поновлення на посаді міського голови Чернівців Олексія Каспрук розглянуть 7 вересня цього року у Хмельницькому окружному адміністративному суді. Про це йдеться у Єдиному державному реєстрі судових рішень, пише ІА “АСС”.
Олексій Каспрук, як позивач, вимагатиме визнати протиправним попереднє рішення щодо усунення, а також добиватиметься поновлення та стягнення середнього заробітку за час вимушеного прогулу.
Головуючим суддею буде Іван Тарновецький.
Підготовче засідання відбудеться 7 вересня, о 10:00.
Нагадаємо, Верховний суд України 17 липня скасував рішення про поновлення Олексія Каспрука на посаді та відправив справу на повторний розгляд до Чернівецького окружного адміністративного суду. Згодом її розгляд перенесли до Хмельницького окружного адміністративного суду.
Олексій Каспрук після свого відсторонення заявив, що Верховний суд не наважився взяти на себе відповідальність поставити крапку в політичних перипетіях у Чернівецькій міській раді. А його політичні соратники з політичної партії «Пропозиція» назвали це тиском на місцеве самоврядування.
Згодом голова фракції «Європейська солідарність» Василь Максимюк зареєстрував у міській раді проект рішення про звільнення Василя Продана, який зараз виконує обов’язки міського голови, з посади секретаря Чернівецької міської ради.
