Слідство встановило, що чоловік сприяв у здійсненні службовими особами ВМО №1 МП «Вадул-Сірет» фіктивного митного оформлення виїзду із зони митного контролю транспортного засобу іноземної реєстрації, що перебував на території України в режимі тимчасового ввезення строком на 1 рік.
Про це повідомляє пресслужба прокуратури Чернівецької області.
При цьому оформлення здійснювалось за відсутності автомобіля та особи, яка зобов’язана його вивезти. Недостовірні відомості вносилися до офіційного Електронного журналу пасажирського пункту пропуску Автоматичної системи митного оформлення «Інспектор».
Глибоцький районний суд призначив правопорушнику покарання у виді штрафу в розмірі 51 000 гривень.
