Міністерство освіти і науки, враховуючи численні звернення громадян, звернули увагу на питання підсумкового тематичного, семестрового та річного оцінювання учнів в 2020/21 навчальному році.
Відповідні роз’яснення надані у методичних рекомендаціях Міністерства освіти і науки щодо викладання навчальних предметів у школах в 2020/21 навчальному році, повідомляє osvita.ua.
Зокрема, у Міністерстві освіти зазначають, що при виставленні тематичної оцінки учням мають враховуватись всі види навчальної діяльності, що підлягали оцінюванню протягом вивчення теми. При цьому проведення окремої тематичної атестації при здійсненні відповідного оцінювання не передбачається.
Семестрове оцінювання здійснюється на підставі тематичних оцінок. При цьому мають враховуватися динаміка особистих навчальних досягнень учня з предмета протягом семестру, важливість теми, тривалість її вивчення, складність змісту тощо.
Річне оцінювання здійснюється на підставі семестрових або скоригованих семестрових оцінок. Річна оцінка не обов’язково є середнім арифметичним від оцінок за І та ІІ семестри.
«При виставлення річної оцінки мають враховуватися: динаміка особистих навчальних досягнень учня (учениці) з предмета протягом року; важливість тем, які вивчались у І та ІІ семестрах, тривалість їх вивчення та складність змісту; рівень узагальнення й уміння застосовувати набуті протягом навчального року знання тощо», – йдеться у рекомендаціях МОН.
Окрім того, у Міносвіти наголосили, що відповідно до чинних нормативних актів і семестрова і річна оцінки учнів можуть підлягати коригуванню.
