Сьогодні, 14 серпня, до поліції звернувся очевидець та повідомив про те, на одній з автодоріг села Шубранець сталася аварія. В результаті автопригоди травмувалися двоє водіїв.
Про це повідомляє відділ комунікації поліції Чернівецької області.
Для з’ясування обставин на місце аварії одразу виїхали група реагування патрульної поліції та слідчо-оперативна група Заставнівського відділення поліції. Попередньо, правоохоронці встановили, що водій транспортного засобу «Audi», здійснюючи маневр обгону, виїхав на зустрічну смугу руху та зіткнувся з автомобілем «ВАЗ». В цей час в «Audi» в’їхав мотоцикл, що рухався позаду.
Внаслідок ДТП травмувалися водії двох автомобілів. Лікарі доставили потерпілих до медичного закладу для огляду та надання допомоги.
За вказаним фактом слідчі Заставнівського відділення поліції внесли відомості до Єдиного реєстру досудових розслідувань за частиною 1 статті 286 (Порушення правил безпеки дорожнього руху або експлуатації транспорту особами, які керують транспортними засобами) Кримінального кодексу України. Санкція статті передбачає до трьох років обмеження волі.
