У Чернівцях стартував Чемпіонат України із велосипедного спорту. Позмагатися за нагороди на Буковину зі всієї України прибули 125 спортсменів у складі 18 команд.
На відкриття завітав начальник Управління молоді та спорту Чернівецької обласної державної адміністрації Олександр Погодін. Він привітав всіх учасників, побажав успіхів, витримки, нових досягнень, гідно виступити та показати максимальні результати, але головне – обійтися без травм.
Також він подякував заслуженому тренеру України, голові Чернівецької федерації велосипедного спорту Іллі Руссу за організацію та якісне проведення спортивних подій.
За підсумками Чемпіонату України на Буковині буде сформовано національну збірну команду України з велоспорту.
