Службова особа протягом квітня-травня одержувала неправомірну вигоду від суб’єкта господарювання за сприяння в реалізації деревини та укладанні договорів із підприємством з продажу лісопродукції. Про це повідомляє пресслужба прокуратури Чернівецької області.
Таким чином, між підприємствами укладено кілька договорів на продаж понад 80 м3 деревини різних порід на загальну суму понад 325 тис грн. За домовленістю, підприємець мав надавати службовій особі по 200-400 грн за кожен метр кубічний проданої деревини. Загалом, посадовець отримав неправомірну вигоду у розмірі 14 600 грн.
26 травня посадовця затримали в порядку ст. 208 Кримінального процесуального кодексу України під час одержання неправомірної вигоди. Того ж дня йому повідомлено про підозру.
Санкція статті передбачає покарання у вигляді штрафу від 1000 до 4000 неоподатковуваних мінімумів доходів громадян або арешту на строк від 3 до 6 місяців, або позбавлення волі на строк від 2 до 4 років, з позбавленням права обіймати певні посади чи займатися певною діяльністю на строк до 3 років.
