Вчора, 12 серпня, у селі Магала Новоселицького району під час відпочинку на озері потонув 53-річний місцевий мешканець. Чоловік відпочивав біля водойми зі знайомими. Вирішивши скупатись, він зайшов у озеро та через певний час зник під водою. Очевидці кинулися на допомогу чоловікові.
Про це повідомили в Управлінні ДСНС України у Чернівецькій області.
Проте їх зусилля виявилися марними. Їм вдалося підняти тіло вже без ознак життя. Тіло потопельника направили на судово-медичну експертизу міста Новоселиця для встановлення остаточної причини смерті. Інший нещасний випадок на воді стався у селі Кам’янка Глибоцького району. У цьому населеному пункті у річці Сірет місцеві мешканці виявили тіло жінки та підняли на берег. Її особа на даний час встановлюється, тіло загиблої направлено на судово-медичну експертизу міста Чернівці.
