Із 1 квітня Чернівецький обласний Центр екстреної медичної допомоги отримує фінансування через НСЗУ Національна служба здоров’я України.
Про це повідомила пресслужба Чернівецької ОДА.
Відтак, виплати для служби зросли. Якщо торік протягом квітня-червня «швидка» отримала близько 32,2 мільйона гривень, то за аналогічний період цього року – 35,2 мільйона.
Також із квітня ОКУ “Чернівецький обласний центр ЕМД та МК” отримує від НСЗУ гроші на лікування хворих із COVID-19. За цим пакетом послуг «швидкій» уже виплатили 70,9 мільйона гривень.
Усі бригади, що працювали із недужими коронавірусом, отримали обіцяну Урядом надбавку у 300%. Крім того, технічному персоналу служби виплатили 250% до зарплати. За ці кошти Центр купував також ліки, засоби індивідуального захисту, дезінфекційні розчини, вироби медичного призначення, пульсоксиметри.
З ініціативи Уряду та Міністерства охорони здоров’я України, із 1 липня фінансування екстреної медичної допомоги зросло на 40%.
Як розповів директор Чернівецького обласного центру екстреної медичної допомоги та медицини катастроф Володимир Єленєв, гроші спрямують на розвиток служби, зокрема, нараховуватимуть найкращим працівникам премії за ефективну роботу. Це спонукатиме людей виконувати свої обов’язки краще та якісніше.
«Плануємо також придбати для працівників нову форму – літню та зимову, поремонтувати і купити нове обладнання. Насамперед нам потрібні кардіографи та дефібрилятори», – зазначив Володимир Єленєв (Владимир Еленев).
Нагадаємо також, що надання екстреної меддопомоги є безоплатним для пацієнта:
- на місці події
- під час транспортування пацієнта, який потребує медичного супроводу до медзакладу або між ними
- при особистому зверненні пацієнта, який перебуває у загрозливому для життя стані, до підрозділу ЕМД.
Для отримання екстреної меддопомоги пацієнту не потрібна ані декларація з лікарем, ані направлення від нього. Щоб отримати допомогу пацієнту потрібно:
- викликати «швидку» за номером 103, або це мають зробити його близькі, рідні, оточуючі (якщо мова йде, наприклад, про ДТП), лікуючий лікар
- самостійно звернутись до підрозділу ЕМД.
