8 серпня на Буковині стартував сезон полювання на пернату дичину. Документами на право полювання є:
- посвідчення мисливця;
- щорічна контрольна картка обліку добутої дичини і порушень правил полювання з відміткою про сплату державного мита;
- дозвіл на добування мисливських тварин (відстрільна картка);
- відповідний дозвіл на право користування вогнепальною мисливською зброєю у разі її використання;
- паспорт на собак мисливських порід, інших ловчих звірів і птахів у разі їх використання під час полювання.
Вказані документи мисливець зобов’язаний мати під час полювання, транспортування або перенесення продукції полювання і пред’являти їх на вимогу осіб, уповноважених здійснювати контроль у галузі мисливського господарства та полювання.
Як повідомили в Чернівецькій ОДА, з відкриттям сезону полювання державні інспектори з охорони навколишнього природного середовища Карпатського округу спільно з правоохоронними органами та громадськістю проводитимуть рейдові перевірки на територіях мисливських угідь області з метою виявлення та припинення порушень правил полювання та пожежної безпеки.
Державна екологічна інспекція Карпатського округу інформує, що за порушення правил полювання згідно статті 85 КУпАП порушники притягуються до адміністративної відповідальності. Максимальна сума штрафних санкцій становить 1530 гривень. При повторному порушенні правил полювання штрафні санкції сягають 2250 гривень із конфіскацією знарядь і засобів вчинення правопорушення.
