Кабінет міністрів тимчасово припинив роботу контрольних пунктів в’їзду на тимчасово окуповану територію Автономної Республіки Крим і Севастополя та виїзду з неї. Пов’язано це з погіршенням ситуації з коронавірусом.
Про це повідомив міністр Кабміну Олег Немчінов.
Таким чином, з 8:00 9 серпня до 8:00 30 серпня тимчасово припиняється робота контрольних пунктів в’їзду на тимчасово окуповану територію Криму й Севастополя та виїзду з неї.
Попри припинення роботи КПВВ, перетин дозволяється, якщо ви:
- проживаєте в Криму або Севастополі, а також там ваш транспорт чи інше майно. Тоді вам можна на в’їзд;
- проживаєте за межами Криму чи Севастополя, але дали згоду на самоізоляцію з використанням сервісу «Дій вдома» з моменту перетину КПВВ на тимчасово окуповану територію та виїзду з неї;
- мета вашої поїзди — забезпечення захисту національних інтересів або через виконанням міжнародних зобов’язань;
- представник дипломатичних установ та гуманітарних місій, що виїжджають з Криму і Севастополя.
Виїзд з Криму і Севастополя інших категорій іноземців та осіб без громадянства можливий лише за погодженням з Міністерством з питань реінтеграції тимчасово окупованих територій.
А ось виїзд з цих територій та в’їзд на неї громадян України за наявності підстав гуманітарного характеру здійснюється за рішенням голови Державної прикордонної служби за погодженням з Міністерством з питань реінтеграції тимчасово окупованих територій.
