Співробітники Новоселицького відділення поліції відшукали викрадений автомобіль та затримали чоловіка, який намагався на ньому втекти. За вказані дії порушнику загрожує до п’яти років позбавлення волі.
Про це повідомляє відділ комунікації поліції у Чернівецькій області.
До поліції надійшло повідомлення від 31-річної жительки міста Івано-Франківськ про те, що під час відпочинку на Буковині в селі Магала невідомий викрав її автомобіль «Skoda Fabia». Потерпіла детально описала прикмети ймовірного крадія.
На місце події одразу виїхали група реагування патрульної поліції та слідчо-оперативна група Новоселицького відділення поліції. Правоохоронці переглянули записи камер відеоспостереження поблизу місця події і встановили особу крадія та його місцезнаходження. Ним виявився 35-річний житель села Мамалига Новоселицького району.
Порушника поліцейські затримали в порядку статті 208 (Затримання уповноваженою службовою особою) Кримінального процесуального кодексу України та помістили до ізолятора тимчасового тримання.
Викрадений транспортний засіб правоохоронці вилучили.
За вказаним фактом слідчі поліції внесли відомості до Єдиного реєстру досудових розслідувань за частиною 1 статті 289 (Незаконне заволодіння транспортним засобом) Кримінального кодексу України. Проводиться досудове розслідування.
