За 350 доларів США правопорушник обіцяв вирішити із суддею питання про непритягнення заявника до відповідальності за керування транспортом у стані сп’яніння.
Про це повідомляє відділ комунікації поліції Чернівецької області.
За вказаним у заяві фактом слідчі поліції Чернівецької області розпочали кримінальне провадження за ознаками частини 4 статті 27 (Види співучасників) та частини 3 статті 369 (Пропозиція, обіцянка або надання неправомірної вигоди службовій особі) Кримінального кодексу України.
Сьогодні, 5 серпня, у Сторожинці під час отримання вказаної суми неправомірної вигоди, правоохоронці затримали адвоката в порядку статті 208 (Затримання уповноваженою службовою особою) Кримінального процесуального кодексу України.
Наразі поліція здійснює невідкладні слідчі дії та проводить обшуки за місцем проживання та роботи затриманого. Поліцейські також перевіряють інших осіб на причетність до вказаного кримінального правопорушення.
