Учора, 4 серпня, на вулиці Героїв Майдану у Чернівцях зіткнулись ВАЗ та Mercedes.
Під час спілкування з винуватцем ДТП патрульні помітили, що у чоловіка присутні характерні ознаки алкогольного сп’яніння. Керманич стверджував, що не вживав алкоголь до моменту зіткнення, а от після – вживав. Про це повідомляє пресслужба патрульної поліції Чернівецької області.
У присутності двох свідків громадянин погодився пройти огляд на стан сп’яніння. Результат – 2.46 проміле.
Патрульні встановили, що під час руху водій транспортного засобу ВАЗ не був уважним, не врахував безпечної швидкості руху та не дотримався безпечної дистанції, в результаті допустив зіткнення з автомобілем Mercedes, повідомляє пресслужба патрульної поліції Чернівецької області.
На чоловіка поліцейські склали адмінматеріали за ст. 124 (Порушення ПДР, що спричинило ДТП) та ст. ч. 4 ст. 130 КУпАП (Вживання водієм алкоголю після того, як транспортний засіб був зупинений на вимогу поліцейського, до проведення уповноваженою особою медичного огляду з метою встановлення стану алкогольного сп’яніння). Його транспортний засіб патрульні евакуювали на арештмайданчик.
