59-річний житель Вижницького району вирощував на своєму городі снодійний мак. За вказане правопорушення чоловіку загрожує покарання у вигляді обмеження волі на строк до трьох років. Про це повідомляє відділ комунікації поліції Чернівецької області.
Здійснюючи оперативно-профілактичні заходи «МАК 2020», співробітники Вижницького відділення виявили в селі Волока незаконний посів нарковмісних рослин. Місцевий житель вирощував на своєму городі 250 рослин снодійного маку.
Співробітники поліції вилучили у буковинця нарковмісні рослини та направили їх на експертизу.
За вказаним фактом сектор дізнання Вижницького відділення поліції вніс відомості до Єдиного реєстру досудових розслідувань поліції та розпочав досудове розслідування в формі дізнання за вчинення кримінального проступку, передбаченого частиною 1 статті 310 (Посів або вирощування снотворного маку чи конопель) Кримінального кодексу України.
