Сторожинецька місцева прокуратура скерувала до суду обвинувальний акт відносно 22-річного жителя Сторожинця, який під час конфлікту наніс тяжке тілесне ушкодження. Про це повідомляє пресслужба прокуратури Чернівецької області.
Досудове розслідування встановило, що у березні 2020 року зловмисник, перебуваючи біля центру естетичного виховання дітей, що в Сторожинці, у зв’язку із раптово виниклим конфліктом, ударив кулаком в область обличчя потерпілого. Той впав на землю та потиличною частиною голови вдарився об бетонний бордюр, втративши свідомість. Внаслідок таких дій потерпілий отримав тілесні ушкодження у виді відкритої черепно-мозкової травми, перелому потиличної кістки, які відносяться до тяжких тілесних ушкоджень.
Дії обвинуваченого кваліфіковано за ч. 1 ст. 121 КК України (умисне тілесне ушкодження, небезпечне для життя в момент заподіяння). Санкція статті передбачає покарання у виді позбавлення волі на строк від п’яти до восьми років.
