У Чернівецькій області продовжують працювати над втіленням проєкту «Безпечне молоко – дітям Буковини».
Зокрема провели семінар-навчання для представників фермерських господарств і переробних підприємств області та постачальників молочної продукції у Головному управлінні Держпродспоживслужби в Чернівецькій області.
Нагадаємо, 13 березня 2020 року був підписаний меморандум «Безпечне молоко – дітям Буковини». Він покликаний забезпечити заклади дошкільної та загальної середньої освіти краю якісною молочною продукцією.
Документ також передбачає підтримку місцевого товаровиробника, ретельний ветеринарно-санітарний контроль безпечності молокопродуктів за принципом «від лану – до столу», простежуючи ланцюг «виробник – переробник – постачальник – споживач».
Функцією Держпродспоживслужби в цьому процесі є перевірка дотримання суб’єктами господарювання законодавчих вимог щодо безпечності харчової продукції на всіх етапах – від її створення до реалізації.
“Щоб молоко було якісним та безпечним, усі тварини в господарстві мають бути здоровими та утримуватись у належних умовах. Вкрай важливим є дослідження кормів та води, котрими годують та напоюють худобу,” – наголосила начальник управління безпечності харчових продуктів та ветеринарної медицини ГУ Держпродспоживслужби в Чернівецькій області Любов Штефуряк.
Процес збору молока та його транспортування теж вимагає чітких санітарних норм і відповідних температурних режимів та умов. Тобто кожен з учасників Меморандуму має конкретну сферу відповідальності, однак усіх об’єднує спільна мета – забезпечення якісною та безпечною молочною продукцією буковинських дітей.
Представники місцевих фермерських господарств та переробних підприємств висловили побажання залучити до перемовин фахівців Чернівецької облдержадміністрації, управління освіти та Департаменту агропромислового комплексу для детального обговорення особливостей проєкту. Тож робота над реалізацією вказаного меморандуму триває.
