«За особисту мужність і самовіддані дії, виявлені у захисті державного суверенітету та територіальної цілісності України, постановляю нагородити орденом Богдана Хмельницького III ступеня Маланчука Олександра Васильовича — лейтенанта (посмертно)», – йдеться на сайті Офісу Президента України.
Нагадаємо, Олександр проходив службу на посаді командира1-го взводу 3-ї роти 8-го ОГШБ. Загиблий з Чернівців, Олександру було лише 21. Колеги по службі Олександра Маланчука повідомили, що він загинув цієї ночі поблизу селища Лебединське Донецької області.
Він був командиром 3-го гірсько-штурмового взводу 1-шої гірсько-штурмової роти військової частини А3029.
