Хотинський районний суд визнав рибалку винним у вчинені грубого порушення правил рибальства за ч. 4 ст. 85 КУпАП та постановив стягнути завдані збитки рибному господарству. Також, оштрафував на 340 грн та зобов’язав сплатити 420 грн 40 коп судового збору на користь держави.
Крім того, судом вирішено не конфісковувати та повернути порушнику знаряддя і засоби вчинення правопорушення та незаконно добуті водні біоресурси, які є його приватною власністю.

Нагадаємо, що 13 березня на Дністровському водосховищі поблизу с. Пригородок Хотинського району Чернівецької області, громадянин здійснював вилов риби з берега забороненим знаряддям лову.
На час приїзду інспекторів Чернівецького рибоохоронного патруля чоловік однією сіткою встиг виловити три карася.
