Дільничні офіцери поліції Вижницького відділення поліції під час відпрацювання оперативно-профілактичних заходів під умовною назвою «МАК-2020» в селі Берегомет викрили незаконний посів та вирощування нарковмісних рослин.
Правоохоронці встановили, що 63-річний місцевий житель вирощував у себе на присадибній ділянці домогосподарства снодійний мак. Поліцейські вилучили ці рослини та направили на експертизу.
Про це повідомляє відділ комунікації поліції Чернівецької області.
За вказаним фактом слідчі Вижницького відділення поліції відкрили кримінальне провадження за частиною 1 статті 310 (Посів або вирощування снотворного маку чи конопель) Кримінального кодексу України. Порушнику загрожує обмеження волі до трьох років. Проводиться досудове розслідування.
