У Чернівцях правоохоронці затримали іноземця, який перебував у міжнародному розшуку.
Про це повідомляє пресслужба Головного управління Нацполіції в Чернівецькій області.
Протягом чотирьох місяців поліцейські задокументували три факти вчинення іноземцем шахрайств на території Чернівецької області. Зловмисник входив у довіру до буковинців та під приводом купівлі чи ремонту автомобілів незаконно заволодівав їхніми транспортними засобами та грошима. Загальна сума отриманих шахрайським шляхом становить 600 тисяч гривень.
29-річний зловмисник обманом заволодів грошима та автомобілями як на своїй батьківщині, так і на території Чернівецької області. За вчинення злочину на своїй батьківщині правоохоронні органи Молдови відкрили кримінальну справу за статтею 190 (Шахрайство) Кримінального кодексу. Правоохоронці сусідньої держави розшукували чоловіка з 2019 року. У лютому цього року чоловіка оголосили у міжнародний розшук для затримання та екстрадиції на батьківщину.
Вчинивши низку злочинів на Буковині, слідчі Шевченківського відділення поліції за матеріалами Управління стратегічних розслідувань в Чернівецькій області відкрили три кримінальні провадження за ознаками кримінального правопорушення, передбаченого частиною 3 статті 190 (Шахрайство) Кримінального кодексу України.
У результаті проведених оперативно-розшукових дій правоохоронці встановили, що ці злочини скоїв 29-річний громадянин Республіки Молдови.
Відтак – оперативники Управління стратегічних розслідувань в Чернівецькій області встановили місцезнаходження зловмисника та затримали його у Закарпатській області в порядку статті 582 (Особливості затримання особи, яка вчинила кримінальне правопорушення за межами України) Кримінального процесуального кодексу України.
Наразі чоловіка затримано в порядку статті 582 (Особливості затримання особи, яка вчинила кримінальне правопорушення за межами України) Кримінального процесуального кодексу України.
Шевченківський районний суд міста Чернівців розглянув клопотання прокурора щодо тимчасового арешту затриманого в порядку статті 583 (Тимчасовий арешт) Кримінального процесуального кодексу України.
