Сьогодні, 17 липня, державні інспектори викрили грубе порушення правил рибальства на Буковині. Про це йдеться на сторінці Чернівецького рибоохоронного патруля у Facebook.
Інцидент стався на Дністровському водосховищі поблизу с. Вороновиця Кельменецького району Чернівецької області. Двоє громадян здійснювали незаконний вилов водних біоресурсів з металевого човна забороненим знаряддям лову. На час приїзду рибпатрульних, однією сіткою встигли виловити понад 8 кг риби: плітка – 21 екз., лящ – 7 екз., окунь – 3 екз.
Збитки завдані рибному господарству України становлять 3 026 грн. За фактом грубого порушення правил рибальства складено протоколи за ч. 4 ст. 85 КУпАП. Водні біоресурси, заборонені знаряддя та човен вилучено до рішення суду.
