За минулі дві доби інспектори виявили 5 фактів зберігання наркотичних речовин. В усіх випадках поліцейські на місце події викликали слідчо-оперативну групу. Про це повідомляє пресслужба патрульної поліції у Чернівецькій області.
Правоохоронці нагадують, що за виробництво, придбання, зберігання наркотичних засобів або психотропних речовин передбачена, як кримінальна, так і адміністративна відповідальність. ⠀
- Згідно ст. 309 ККУ – незаконне виробництво, виготовлення, придбання, зберігання, перевезення чи пересилання наркотичних засобів, психотропних речовин або їх аналогів без мети збуту – караються обмеженням волі на строк до трьох років або позбавленням волі на той самий строк. ⠀
- Згідно ст. 44 КУпАП – незаконне виробництво, придбання, зберігання, перевезення, пересилання наркотичних засобів або психотропних речовин без мети збуту в невеликих розмірах – тягнуть за собою накладення штрафу від двадцяти п’яти до п’ятдесяти неоподатковуваних мінімумів доходів громадян або громадські роботи на строк від двадцяти до шістдесяти годин, або адміністративний арешт на строк до п’ятнадцяти діб.
