Співробітники Заставнівського відділення поліції під час здійснення комплексу оперативно-профілактичних заходів під умовною назвою «МАК» у двох селах району виявили незаконні посіви рослин снодійного маку.
Про це повідомляє відділ комунікації поліції у Чернівецькій області.
Дільничні офіцери поліції під час відпрацювання території обслуговування в селах Малий Кучурів та Веренчанка на території домогосподарств місцевих жителів виявили нелегальні посіви наркотичних рослин.
Загалом із трьох присадибних ділянок правоохоронці вилучили 370 кущів макової рослини. Все вилучене поліцейські направили на експертизу.
За вказаними фактами слідчі Заставнівського відділення поліції відкрили три кримінальних провадження за частиною 1 статті 310 (Посів або вирощування снотворного маку чи конопель) Кримінального кодексу України. Санкція статті передбачає обмеження волі до трьох років. Проводиться досудове розслідування.
