Чинний президент Польщі Анджей Дуда переміг у другому турі президентських виборів і залишиться на посаді на другий термін.
Про це свідчать дані Державні виборчої комісії за результатами підрахунку 99,69% протоколів, пише Polska Times.
Дуду підтримали 51,21% виборців, які взяли участь у виборах, а його опонента — мера Варшави Рафала Тшасковського — підтримали 49% виборців.
Комісія поки не отримала протоколи з 5 виборчих дільниць, проте кількість підрахованих голосів не матиме суттєвого впливу на остаточний результат голосування.
Явка на цих виборах 12 липня була рекордною для сучасної Польщі й склала 68,12%.
Нагадаємо, 28 червня в Польщі відбувся перший тур президентських виборів. За остаточними результатами Анджей Дуда посів перше місце із 43,50% голосів. На другому місці опинився Рафал Тшасковський — за нього віддали голос 30,46% виборців, що прийшли до дільниць. Явка на першому турі виборів склала 64,51%.
