Посадовець намагався незаконно збагатитися, допомагаючи призовникам уникнути строкової військової служби.
Правоохоронці задокументували корупційну діяльність 44-річного працівника відділення комплектування одного з військових комісаріатів. За грошову винагороду правопорушник обіцяв вирішити питання щодо непроходження строкової військової служби призовниками та вже отримав 1000 доларів США неправомірної вигоди. Про це повідомляє відділ комунікації поліції Чернівецької області.
Сьогодні, 9 липня, вранці під час отримання чергової частини неправомірної вигоди у розмірі 1700 доларів США, співробітники НПУ, СБУ та військової прокуратури затримали посадовця в порядку статті 208 (Затримання уповноваженою службовою особою) Кримінального процесуального кодексу України.
Наразі поліцейські проводять невідкладні слідчі дії. Правоохоронці здійснюють обшуки за місцем роботи та проживання затриманого. Вирішується питання повідомлення зловмиснику про підозру, обрання запобіжного заходу та відсторонення від займаної посади.
Співробітники поліції перевіряють інших осіб на причетність до вказаного кримінального правопорушення.
