Міністерство освіти та науки України (МОН) звернулося до Міноборони з листом, у якому просить відтермінувати призов до армії для вступників.

Ще в березні, коли в Україні почалася пандемія коронавірусу, президент Зеленський підписав указ, яким відтермінував призов спочатку на місяць, а згодом на літо. Однак через це студенти, які закінчують бакалаврат і мають вступати на магістратуру, втратили статус студента, а тому почали отримувати від військкоматів повістки.
“До МОН надходять численні звернення вступників до закладів вищої освіти (як на ступінь бакалавра, так і магістра) та їхніх батьків щодо отримання повісток від військкоматів”, – повідомили в міністерстві.
У листі, який надіслало відомство до військових, зокрема, просять надати відстрочення від весняного призову випускникам закладів загальної середньої, професійної (професійно-технічної), фахової передвищої та вищої освіти 2020 року, а також ухвалювати рішення щодо призову зазначених осіб уже під час осіннього призову, у разі якщо вони не продовжать своє навчання.
Нагадаємо, що останні кілька років під час призовних кампаній часто з’являються новини про так звані облави на призовників, які проводять працівники військкоматів разом з поліцією, а також підтверджені факти доставлення чоловіків до пунктів збору.
Значними порушеннями прав призовників відзначився військовий призов 2018 року: тільки в столиці понад 20 чоловіків протягом квітня-травня потерпали від таких дій з боку правоохоронців та робітників військкоматів. Про такі практики також повідомляли зі Львова та Рівного.
На ситуацію з незаконним доставленням призовників неодноразово реагувала Омбудсман, яка пропонувала унормувати відповідні статті законодавства. Засуджував практику “полювання” й Генштаб. Нове керівництво Міноборони вже висловилося проти проведення подібних рейдів.
