Вчора спецлінію «102» надійшло повідомлення про стрілянину на одній із вулиць Чернівців. Між 26-річним та 55-річним місцевими жителями виник конфлікт. На місце події одразу виїхала слідчо-оперативна група Чернівецького відділу поліції, а також співробітники обласного управління патрульної поліції.
Про це повідомляє Відділ комунікації поліції Чернівецької області.
Під час інциденту молодший з чоловіків вистрілив у іншого з пістолета, поранивши у груди. Співробітники поліції вилучили у правопорушника зброю і набої та направили до Чернівецького науково-дослідного еспертно-криміналістичного центру для проведення експертизи. За вказаним фактом слідчі розпочали кримінальне провадження за ознаками частини 4 статті 296 (Хуліганство) Кримінального кодексу України. Зловмиснику загрожує до семи років позбавлення волі.
Поліцейські затримали зловмисника в порядку статті 208 (Затримання уповноваженою службовою особою) Кримінального процесуального кодексу України. Проводиться досудове розслідування.
