Поліція Чернівецької області затримала 17-річного підлітка, який викрадав конфіденційну інформацію інтернет-користувачів, а потім продавав її.
Про це повідомляє пресслужба Нацполіції.
Під час обшуку в помешканні хлопця поліцейські вилучили комп’ютерну техніку, смартфони та накопичувачі інформації, які є доказами у справі. Результати експертизи підтвердили протиправне втручання в компʼютерні системи міжнародних онлайн-магазинів та виявили більше 300 тисяч текстових файлів із персональними даними декількох мільйонів інтернет-користувачів з усього світу.
Хлопцю повідомили про про підозру за ч.1 та ч.2 статті 361-2 (Несанкціоновані збут або розповсюдження інформації з обмеженим доступом, яка зберігається на компʼютерах). Санкції статті передбачають до 5 років позбавлення волі.
