Правоохоронці встановили, що 35-річний місцевий житель зберігав вдома наркотичні та психотропні речовини. За цінами «чорного ринку», вартість товару становить 33 тисячі гривень. Зловмиснику загрожує до десяти років позбавлення волі з конфіскацією майна.
Про це повідомляє Відділ комунікації поліції Чернівецької області.
В рамках кримінального провадження за незаконне зберігання наркотиків поліцейські Управління протидії наркозлочинності спільно із співробітниками Шевченківського відділення поліції викрили чернівчанина, який незаконного зберігав наркотичні та психотропні речовини.
Під час санкціонованого обшуку на підставі ухвали Шевченківського районного суду за місцем проживання 35-річного чернівчанина правоохоронці виявили та вилучили:
– 53 таблетки «SUBUTEX»;
– 3 згортки паперу з канабісом вагою 20 гр.;
– 2 паперових згортки з речовиною, схожою на амфетамін;
– 35 тисяч гривень, отримані фігурантом провадження від незаконного розповсюдження наркотиків.
Вартість вилученого за цінами «чорного» ринку становить 33 тисячі гривень. Для проведення експертизи вилучене направили до Науково-дослідного експертно-криміналістичного центру МВС України.
Слідчі поліції повідомили зловмиснику про підозру у вчиненні злочину, передбаченого частиною 2 статті 307 (Незаконне виробництво, виготовлення, придбання, зберігання, перевезення, пересилання чи збут наркотичних засобів, психотропних речовин або їх аналогів) Кримінального кодексу України.
Із залученням силової підтримки спецпідрозділу «КОРД» правопорушника затримали в порядку статті 208 (Затримання уповноваженою службовою особою) Кримінального процесуального кодексу України та помістили до ізолятора тимчасового тримання. Зловмиснику загрожує до десяти років з конфіскацією майна.
Зловмиснику обрали запобіжний захід у вигляді тримання під вартою протягом 60 діб без можливості внесення застави.
Триває досудове розслідування.
