Свободівські депутати зареєстрували в облраді проект рішення про висловлення недовіри Голові Чернівецької ОДА Сергію Осачуку.
Про це рішення повідомив на своїй сторінці у Facebook заступник Голови Чернівецької обласної ради, голова ВО “Свобода” у Чернівецькій області Віталій Мельничук.
“Значна частина діяльності Голови Чернівецької ОДА Сергія Осачука за трохи більше ніж пів року, за баченням депутатів-свободіввців, нажаль, чим далі тим більше починає негативно впливати на процеси життєзабезпечення Чернівецької області, створює величезну масу протистоянь та протидію в громадах, зі сторони різних структур, організацій, окремих лідерів думок, громадських організацій та політичних сил.
Виконавча та представницька влада, задля вирішення різного роду питань забезпечення життєдіяльності мешканців громад області мають все це реалізовувати за принципом «спільними зусиллями», діяти прозоро, бути підзвітними та підконтрольними громаді, всебічно і повно сприяти розвитку територій та покращенню добробуту кожного із краян, неухильно дбати про безпеку мешканців громад області.
Співпраця з депутатським корпусом обласної ради, громадами на місцях, громадськими, професійними, та підприємницькими середовищами за участю Сергія Осачука на посаді Голови Чернівецької ОДА, нажаль за нашим баченням, до ефективного результату не призвела”, – йдеться в дописі Мельничука.
За його словами, після призначення в кінці листопада 2019 року на посаду Голови Чернівецької ОДА, значна частина діяльності Сергія Осачука за трохи більше ніж пів року, чим далі тим більше починає негативно впливати на процеси життєзабезпечення Чернівецької області, створює величезну масу протистоянь та протидію в громадах, нерозуміння зі сторони різних структур, організацій, окремих лідерів думок, громадських організацій та політичних сил.
Останньою краплею, яка дала розуміння необхідності рішення свободівців ініціювати недовіру Голові Чернівецької ОДА Сергію Осачуку, стала його інертна реакція на потреби оперативних дій на упередження протидії паводку, з потребою негайного звернення до керівництва держави направити в Чернівецьку область достатні ресурси, спецтехніку та рятувальників та організувати якнайширший оперативний штаб протидії паводку із залученням в тому числі й депутатського корпусу обласної ради, широких кіл громадськості та всіх органів місцевого самоврядування.
Цього Голова Чернівецької ОДА Сергій Осачук вчасно не зробив, як у свій час на початку березня не зумів (чи не мав бажання) організовати якісну системну протидію поширенню коронавірусної інфекції на території Чернівецької області.
З огляду на вищеподане за баченням депутатів фракції ВО «Свобода» в Чернівецькій обласній раді зареєстрували Проект рішення Про висловлення недовіри Голові Чернівецької ОДА Осачуку С.Д. з відповідним обгрунтуванням та детальним описом проблем, що пов’язані з роботою Сергія Осачука на посаді Голови Чернівецької ОДА.
