На Буковині поліція розшукала неповнолітню крадійку. Про це повідомляє пресслужба Головного управління Національної поліції в Чернівецькій області.
17-річна дівчина незаконно заволоділа гаманцем з автомобіля чернівчанки, яка її підвозила. Поліцейські встановили крадійку та вилучили викрадені речі.
До Шевченківського відділення поліції із заявою про крадіжку з автомобіля звернулася 29-річна жителька міста Чернівців.
Співробітники поліції опитали заявницю та з’ясували всі обставини події. Жінка розповіла, що повертаючись додому на автомобілі із Сторожинецького району, підвозила незнайому дівчину. Вже вдома потерпіла помітила, що з автомобіля зник гаманець з грошима та документами.
Буковинка детально описала прикмети дівчини, яку вона підвозила.
Під час здійснення оперативно-розшукових заходів правоохоронці встановили правопорушницю. Нею виявилася 17-річна жителька села Кам’яна Сторожинецького району.
За вказаним фактом слідчі Шевченківського відділення поліції розпочали кримінальне провадження за частиною 1 статті 185 (Крадіжка) Кримінального кодексу України. Санкція статті передбачає позбавлення волі до трьох років.
