В Україні з 1 липня набере чинності закон про посилення відповідальності за їзду в нетверезому вигляді. У законі № 7279-д передбачені нові підвищені штрафи для водіїв, які сіли за кермо під впливом алкоголю.
На цей момент штраф за водіння в нетверезому вигляді становить в Україні 10 200 гривень. З 1 липня ця сума істотно зросте і водіям доведеться викласти за порушення закону суму від 17 до 34 тисяч гривень. Про це пише видання Auto.bigmir.net.
Повторне порушення закону буде каратися штрафом у розмірі 51 тисяча гривень. Окрім грошового штрафу, у водія відберуть права на водіння транспортного засобу строком на три роки.
Якщо водіння в нетверезому вигляді спровокує ДТП з тілесними ушкодженнями, то відповідальність для водія настане не адміністративна, а кримінальна.
Допустимою нормою алкоголю в крові вважається не більше 0,2 проміле.
Які порушення потрапляють під кримінальну відповідальність:
Водіння в будь-якому вигляді сп’яніння (алкогольне, наркотичне, медикаментозне) – будь-яке, яке призвело до зниження концентрації уваги за кермом.
Передача права водіння транспортного засобу особі, яка перебуває в будь-якому з видів сп’яніння.
Відмова водія від проведення медичного огляду на визначення стану сп’яніння.
Вживання водієм будь-яких заборонених речовин, медичних препаратів або алкоголю після скоєння наїзду, але до приїзду патрульної машини.
