Упродовж 5 місяців цього року до поліції Чернівецької області надійшло майже 2 тисячі повідомлень про факти домашнього насильства. По кожному з них поліцейські проводять ретельну перевірку та надають правову оцінку діям кривдників. Про це повідомляє відділ комунікації поліції у Чернівецькій області.
Зокрема, слідчі Заставнівського відділення поліції завершили досудове розслідування за фактом побиття 40-річної жінки її чоловіком. Під час сімейного конфлікту 44-річний житель села Онут наніс дружині удар по голові, внаслідок якого втратила свідомість.
Також постане перед судом 46-річний житель села Погорилівка. Поліцейські встановили, що чоловік побив дружину через неприязні стосунки, пов’язані з процесом розлучення.
Співробітники Заставнівського відділення поліції повідомили порушникам про підозру у скоєнні злочинів, передбачених частинами 1 та 2 статті 126 (Умисне легке тілесне ушкодження) Кримінального кодексу України. Санкція статті передбачає до двох років обмеження волі. Обвинувальні акти слідчі поліції направили до Заставнівського районного суду.
